David S. McCulloch is the Chairman and CEO of Scotsman Industries, Inc. with over 20 years experience in the Commercial Foodservice Equipment industry; most recently as CEO of Enodis plc. A BSc graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland David began his career with HJ Heinz (London, England) later moving to Canada where he was employed by a subsidiary of General Electric.

David A. Barr leads the firm’s buy-out efforts in the consumer and industrial sectors of the U.S. He was a Managing Director at Butler Capital and focused on consumer and industrial leveraged buy-out transactions for more than 10 years prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2000.Mr. Barr also previously worked at Goldman Sachs.
He received a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Barr is a director of Builders FirstSource, The Neiman Marcus Group, Polypore International and TransDigm. He is also a director of Good Shepherd Services, a member of the portfolio subcommittee for the Wesleyan University Endowment and a sector group advisor for the New York City Investment Fund.

Uzair Dossani

Uzair Dossani joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 as an Associate in the LBO group. Previously, he worked at Charlesbank Capital Partners in New York and spent several years at Bain & Company in Boston. Mr. Dossani received a BS in systems engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
