Scotsman Industries David S. McCulloch is the Chairman and CEO of Scotsman Industries, Inc. with 20 years experience in the Commercial Foodservice Equipment industry; most recently as CEO of Enodis plc. A BSc graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland David began his career with HJ Heinz (London, England) later moving to Canada where he was employed by a subsidiary of General Electric.

VP & Chief Financial Officer

David joins Scotsman Industries, Inc. having spent the past 9 years with Enodis plc, most recently as a Director and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Enodis Dave held executive staff and operating positions with several companies including General Electric Canada.

Kevin Fink
Group Managing Director Americas

Kevin Fink is Group Managing Director – Americas for Scotsman Industries, Inc. as well as the President of Ice-O-Matic. Prior to joining Ice-O-Matic in 2005, Kevin spent 18 years working in the Commercial Foodservice Industry in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles with industry equipment leaders. He earned his BA from the College of William and Mary and his MBA at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also serves on the Board of the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM).

Emanuele Lanzani
Group Managing Director EMEA and Asia Pacific

Emanuele founded the ice machine business in Frimont, Italy in 1964, selling the business to a predecessor of Scotsman Industries in 1969. He has 44 years experience in the ice machine business, with in-depth knowledge of Europe, Mid East, Africa and Asian Pacific Markets.
